As part of continual upgrading of Nizpro
Cobra products we now have direct loom extension as part
of our Nizpro intake plenum kits and are included in the stage two
kits. This reduces fitting time by around 45 minutes and now
requires a simple plug in for throttle body power and position
senor, we also now have a loom extension for the boost sensor again
saving time and adding reliability to your power upgrade kits.
Nizpro stage two kits now require only three 8 mm holes to be
drilled in your panel work for the complete kit to be installed zero
cutting of body work or looms. Nizpro power kit even more complete
than ever.

We would like to update you on our brand
new high
performance system currently under development

A new Ford Focus Zetec has been purchased so we can start making an affordable
turbo kit for them.
We will be using Nizedit for all the tuning
parameters.
We will be using a Garrett roller bearing turbo with
our own newly designed cast exhaust headers and the boosted air will be supplied
via a large air-to-air intercooler with cast
alloy tanks. Hi flow fuel injectors and remapping
will see power levels around 170 fwkW's.

Have your cake, and eat it too!
After extensive surveying, we have
come to the realisation that enthusiasts main concerns when modifying late model
cars was the loss of their warranty. With this in mind, Nizpro has taken the
unprecedented step of offering our own 20,000km / 12 month engine and
turbocharger warranty on our
Stage 1 Cobra kits.
This is to give you the customer piece of mind. You can have your cake and eat

11.7@116mph!
Simon took the S4 GT-T

outing. The car was in 100% street trim including road tyres, pulp fuel and full
exhaust.
The 60 foot times were very good with a best of 1.72 seconds. The car ran three
11 seconds passes with the best pushing all 2.2 tonnes down the quarter mile in
only 11.7 seconds at 116mph.

Nizpro Ute runs 130.93mph!
Update: Some more
fine tuning and it was back to the track. Simon piloted the work Ute down the
quarter mile, running an 11.1 at a blistering 130.93mph!
25/02/05
Nizpro Ute
runs 126.47mph!
The
Ute was packed up at 4ish yesterday afternoon
(Friday 25th Feb), driven 50 clicks through Melbourne's
peak hour traffic and out to Calder where it was run 6
times over the quarter mile achieving a best of 11.33
@ 126.47 mph.
Due to the stock converter and even though the car runs
Nitto tyres, hooking up proved a major problem with the
stock bodied Ute, resulting in a best 60-foot time of a
poor 1.87. The car achieved 99.98mph at half-track.
Following the 6 passes, Simon drove the Ute back home
past Bayswater, and this morning drove back down to work
for a while before heading off in it to pick up a new
couch. With all of this, the car managed 14.4 litre per
100 kilometres.
In other words, with only the modifications mentioned
(Cobra Stage 2, Edit, Cobra valve springs, fuel pump) the
4040-pound Ute (with driver) required 637hp (475kW) to
achieve 126.47 mph over the 1/4.
Okay, not everyone wants to go this fast, nor do they
want to spend the $9000 required to do it. However, if
nothing else Simon has proven that with Edit alone the
Ute has picked up almost 6 mph or around 50kW.
So, whether you want to have a low 11-second daily
driver or just a nice leisurely high 12-second vehicle
with just NizEdit and injectors, these and many other
combinations are now available.
